PU insulation panel facility planned in FinlandAt Mäntsälä in southern Finland, some 50 km north of Helsinki, polyurethane foam specialist Recticel (Brussels / Belgium; www.recticel.com) has acquired a plot for the construction of a new PU insulation panels facility that should be completed by 2018.
According to the newspaper Mäntsälän Uutiset, Recticel has paid EUR 640,000 for a 40,000 m² area and also secured access to an equally large neighbouring property. The PU processor is planning to create 35 jobs at first, which could be increased to 100 positions at full capacity.
