A Romanian company from Valcea county is one of the biggest producers of nonwovens in the South-Eastern Europe.
The company offers to their customers innovative products at the highest quality standards, having also 4 production halls and 15 storage spaces having in total a surface of 60000 sqm and together with the state-of-the-art technology lines allow them to maintain a high and constant production rhythm, delivering over 19 mil square meters on years.
The company produces:
? Voluminous waddings: the technology used in the manufacturing process allows them to obtain quality nonwovens, fulfilling the technical characteristics required by customers. Some of the raw materials used for voluminous waddings manufacturing process: polyester, cotton, viscose, wool. Voluminous nonwovens can be used in a wide range of products in different industries: upholstered furniture, garment, quilted pads, quilted mattress.
? Geotextiles are plane, continuous materials, made of synthetic, man-made and/or natural fibers, by mechanical consolidation with needle punching method or mechanical and thermal consolidation. Named also geosynthetics, these products are used in construction works. Geotextiles are ideal for draining, separation layers, filters, embankments and slopes reinforcing, etc. The great advantage of geotextiles is that the construction works are made in a simplified way and, thus, the productivity increases.
? Felts are used in furniture, mattresses and automotive industries. They are produced with weights of 400 ? 3000 g/m2 and can have the required widths, thicknesses, densities and hardness. The products hardness is set according to the application, by controlling the parameters of the production equipment and using the suitable raw materials. The products have excellent pulling and tearing resistances and a high tenacity. Other characteristics: high acoustic and heat insulation and excellent permeability.
