URBANREC

URBANREC involves stakeholders at all levels of the value chain of urban bulky waste. The project aims to develop and implement an eco-innovative and integral bulky waste management system – enhancing prevention, improving logistics and allowing new waste treatments to obtain high added value recycled products.

URBANREC will implement the developed solutions, assess their effectiveness and analyse how to adapt them to local specificities, thus ensuring the replication at EU level. The project brings together 21 partners from 7 European countries and will last for three and a half years. More information on the project can be found at urbanrec-project.eu.
